The University of the Philippines Alumni Singapore (UPAAS), a registered not-for-profit society in Singapore since 2003, will be awarding its first UPAAS Oblation Award as part of the 20th Anniversary celebration on 2 December 2023.
The UPAAS Oblation Awards aim to recognise UP alumni who have exemplified excellence and honour in their profession, contributed to community projects of social and cultural significance (local or international), and supported UPAAS programmes. The award will also be given to an individual or organisation that made significant contributions to UPAAS’ social causes. This recognition hopes to inspire UPAAS members and partners to continue to strive for excellence, and contribute their talents, skills and resources to make a positive impact to the community.
The categories are:
- UPAAS Oblation Award – Outstanding Alumni
- UPAAS Oblation Award – Esteemed Partner (Corporate)
The UPAAS Oblation Awards Committee comprises of Management Committee Officers and Advisers / Past Presidents.
